Nodo Gelashvili

Nodo Gelashvili, a student of the Georgian-American School of Batumi, enrolled in the STEM school and won a scholarship from the Bank of Georgia.

Out of 700 students participating in the competition, only 30 students were able to receive financing from the Bank of Georgia.

The STEM School is a joint educational project of the Bank of Georgia and Komarov School, within the framework of which students of grades VII-XI can remotely acquire basic knowledge in the following areas:

  • working and modeling in Tinkercad;
  • Arduino microcontroller programming;
  • management and use of Arduino sensors;
  • Creating STEM projects with electronic components.

Based on the acquired knowledge, students will understand the principles of creation and operation of modern technologies, students will develop logical thinking, master the basics of programming and electrical engineering.
