All students admitted to an authorized secondary educational institution in accordance with the procedure determined by the legislation of Georgia may be enrolled in the Georgian-American School of Batumi. The right to mobility may be obtained in accordance with The Procedure for Student Mobility to Secondary Education Institutions.

Different admission procedures are in place for different age groups, in particular:

  • students from the 1st to 4th grade are admitted to the school in accordance with the mobility procedure on the basis of an interview;
  • higher grade students are admitted on the basis of the school test.

If the candidate meets the admission criteria, they and their parents or legal guardians get introduced to the School Statute and regulations. After being introduced to the aforementioned documents, parents or legal guardians write a statement that is forwarded to the director and fill in the student registration form. On the basis of the statement, the School launches the student mobility procedure by requesting that the corresponding documents be sent to it from by the student’s former school.

The student is enrolled in the School through mobility after the School receives an electronic order on the student’s withdrawal from their former school, and the student is admitted to the Georgian-American School of Batumi through the electronic student-teacher database.
